Even though my creations are made with love, sometimes a little problem can slip between two stitches

I want every customer to be happy with their order. Here are the return and refund conditions at Les FĂ©es Crochett' :

📩 Non-personalized products:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify me of your wish to return it.
The items must be:

  • Unused, unbroken or undamaged

  • In their original state

  • In their complete packaging

Once the items have been received and checked, the refund will be made within 7 working days , excluding delivery costs (as the return is at your expense).

🌟 Custom products, made-to-order items, or digital links:

Personalized creations (with first name, specific color, custom format, etc.) or digital links are neither exchangeable nor refundable , in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
