🌷 1. Can I wash crocheted creations?

All my creations are made with braided cotton ropes, which are very strong but not suitable for machine washing.
I recommend hand cleaning with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Wooden bases should never be soaked, but you can clean them with a little mild soap and dry them immediately.

🌸 2. Can I customize an order?

If you want a name, a specific color, or a slightly magical request, just let me know via the contact form or by message on Instagram 💬. I will always do my best to create a unique piece just for you!

🧶 3. Is this suitable as a baby shower gift?

Yes, absolutely! My baskets, hampers, rugs and decorations make superb handmade gifts , poetic and useful at the same time.

📦 4. What are the delivery times?

Each creation is made with care, by hand, and sometimes to order.
The average lead time for kits is 5 business days (depending on the order book). For custom creations, the lead time is approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your project.
Next, delivery is made with DPD and you receive a tracking number.

💌 5. I want to try crocheting, do you offer kits?

Oh yes ✨
I offer DIY kits to make your own Moses basket or bassinet, with all the necessary materials + clear tutorials, even for beginners.
You'll find all of that in the 📖 Tutorials & Patterns section of the website!

🔁 6. What if I change my mind?

Don't panic 🌿 You have 14 days to contact me if anything is wrong.
Returns are accepted under certain conditions (non-personalized product, unused, undamaged, etc.) but will be at your expense .
