  • Average delivery times are specified in the CSV files.

  • Delivery costs are indicated at the time of ordering .

🔁 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order (excluding personalized and/or digital and/or PDF products) to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Items must be returned in their original condition, clean, unused, unbroken, with their original packaging.
Once the verification is complete, the refund will be issued within 7 working days, excluding shipping costs (as these are your responsibility) .
